Michelle's knowledge, professionalism and compassion throughout the process made for a seamless transition of the sale. She is amazing and thorough at communicating the progress of the sale. Having lived in our home for better than 30 years we were apprehensive and anxious about selling. Michelle is "top notch."

We worked with Michelle to move from Dayton to the Cleveland area. We have 2 young kids and 2 dogs so it wasn't easy to view houses in person- especially in this market where houses last a day. Michelle went out of here way to do virtual walk-throughs of so many houses. She must have prioritzed us more than once in the 2-3 month house hunt. What I appreciated most about work with Michelle was her honesty. She was honest in the virtual walkthroughs, she was honest in deciding how much to offer, and she was honest about what she thought afford. If I could give Michelle 10 stars, I would... she deserves it!! She is AMAZING!!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are getting the best. She is extremely knowledgeable with everything from negotiation to what is a red flag when looking for a new house. When selling our house, the pictures she took were incredible from the set up to the lighting. There were so many times when I had a question about something, and she would contact whoever and get me the answer within hours. She made the process of both selling AND buying a new house a BREEZE. I recommend her to everyone I know when they bring up realtors, and will definitely reach out to her again if we ever decide to sell/buy.

This was our first time buying a home. I am new to the area and my fiancee grew up here (Parma/surrounding cities). We had our first meeting and brought our home needs to the table. Over time, our needs and wants changed the more we looked around. We ended up closing on our dream home and Michelle was at our side the whole way, even when we decided to offer at 8am on a Saturday. My wife and I were looking for our first house in Parma, and Michelle helped us through each step. We had basically no idea what we were doing, but by the end we had learned a lot. I always felt that Michelle was honest and up front about what we were looking at and what she thought about it--never like she was trying to quickly sell us on something. That was important to me. I also feel that she knows the area well, and was able to give solid advice. Plus she's fun to talk to! If I knew anyone looking to buy a house in this area I'd definitely recommend Michelle.

Michelle was great in selling out first house and helping us get into our second house. Michelle really cares about her customers getting into the right house for them. She never tried to upsell us just worked patiently within our price range until the right house for us came out on the market. That makes her a great Realtor in my book.

I met and hired Michelle as my realtor, however our agreement was short lived. I found her to be aggressive towards me, she gave me the sense I was beneath her during our conversations. Admittedly, I am ignorant of the real estate business, which is why I hired a “professional”. I found her to be anything but professional. She listed my home for much less than what we agreed on and allowed viewings without my knowledge, even when I specifically needed advance notice. I experienced her to be condescending, closed minded and rude. After a couple weeks, I did terminate our working relationship and moved on to a more experienced and professional realtor, who I had a very good experience with.

The house in Parma sold really fast, it was a great transaction. All the paperwork and documentation was very convenient. The recommendation for sell prep were great. I was pleased with the process. Thank you so much.

Michelle was great to work with when we sold our house. From the very beginning, she was transparent about the entire process. Prior to listing the house, she went through what she does to help our house sell quickly, and what we should do. She had a professional photographer take pictures for our listing (the house looked amazing in those pictures) that highlighted the best parts of the property. During the selling process, she was communicative, responsive to our needs, and helped us get the price we wanted for the house. Prior to the closing, she went through everything on our contract with us to make sure we didn't have any questions. Our house went from listed to closed in less than three months with her help. For anyone in Parma and the surrounding areas, Michelle is a great Realtor because of her knowledge of the real estate market, connections, and her being based in Parma itself. Michelle is everything you would want in a realtor. As a first-time homebuyer, I didn’t know what to expect and was rather nervous about the process. Because she is so down to earth and easy to talk to, Michelle alleviated all of my concerns via open communication. She is great about responding to questions in a quick and understandable manner, and she goes above and beyond by providing advice that you would not necessarily get from other realtors who just want you to buy a house and be done with it. As for house walkthroughs, Michelle is extremely well-versed in doing the detective work of determining why a house may have certain problems now or in the future. This was so important to me because, again, as a first-time homebuyer, I was completely unprepared to make those determinations on my own. Michelle’s observations gave me the confidence to say “pass” without hesitation on a number of houses. Michelle was also never once pushy with me and she did not try to rush me at all. I looked at well over 30 houses and she was nothing but supportive and helpful. She gathered all the information about what I would/wouldn’t like in a house, and made excellent suggestions about the types of houses I should look at. Further, she even suggested ideas for how I migh set up/decorate prospective houses to make them my own, so I could start to imagine how I would do things if I bought a particular home. Michelle was a tireless worker, meeting me on my lunch hour to see the house I ended up buying, burning the midnight oil to prepare offers, and getting all paperwork set up quickly (while still explaining everything to me), so that I had the best chance of getting the houses I was interested in. She was very flexible with scheduling house showings, as well. Michelle will go the extra mile to ensure you get the house you really want. Finally, Michelle is just a good person. She treated me like a friend and not a client. She is so easy to talk to and I could tell that she genuinely cared about me as a person.
