Michelle was more of a friend to me. She goes out of her way to help with anything, anytime. She was never bothered by my million questions and texts. Very professional and knowledgeable. I moved out of state but would use her again if I could. You will be very glad you chose her. If I could have given 10 stars I would.

Michelle did a great job with the sale process of our home and in such a time crunch too. Communication at times was sporadic and seemed like we were taking a back seat however her knowledge of the market and what was fair market value helped us in achieving a total of 5 offers on our home in less than a month and this during the cold snowy Cleveland winters. With every offer we received there were of course ups and downs but she was able to help us to understand what was going on and offer expert advise in order for us to sell our home. It bears mentioning we went on the market November 13th 2024 and sold January 29th 2025 and we were able to make a profit. Thank you Michelle!
