Michelle was awesome! She made a plan on when to list our home while trying to secure purchase of a new home. Her strategy for listing the proper price to gain foot traffic on the sale of our home was spot on. The photographer Michelle utilized took the most amazing photos that showcased our home as a standout! She was able to keep us calm, confident and guided us to make the most educated decisions during this emotional process. Michelle's easy going demeanor and professional expertise helped make the entire journey easy for us. We accepted the first offer which was well over our asking price. We would highly recommend working with Michelle - you won't regret it!
